During manufacturing, our inspectors conduct on-site quality checks to verify that production meets specifications. Typical checks include incoming material inspection, in-process production inspections, assembly verification, functional testing, and packaging inspection.
All inspections are digitally documented using Qarma quality management software, providing clients with full transparency and traceability.
Battery systems are among the most critical components in any electric motorcycle. Our team supports battery quality assurance through battery pack assembly inspection, cell traceability verification, BMS integration checks, safety and compliance documentation, and coordination of third-party testing. This ensures battery systems meet both performance and safety requirements.
Before shipment, we perform a final inspection to verify product quality, functionality, packaging and labelling, and shipment readiness. This prevents defective or incomplete products from leaving the factory.
