Huttlin InnoSafety® Battery (Huttlin Battery Technology) Features

Ultra-Low Power Consumption in Sleep Mode

In an idle state, the battery management system consumes less than three microamps. This preserves battery life for over six months, even when it is empty and under very low voltage conditions.

Short Circuit Protection

Huttlin InnoSafety® Batteries are equipped with short circuit protection mechanisms that detect and cut off any sudden surge in current upon battery activation.

Soft Start Capability

The battery management system provides a soft start feature that gradually increases the current flow when the battery is turned on. Doing so prevents sudden surges of current and reduces the stress on the battery and e-bike.

Safety Guaranteed

All of our batteries undergo rigorous testing and are certified in accordance with UN38.3 standards.

Downtube Battery Case

We have created a pioneering solution for the German market with our fully integrated downtube battery and frame for 20-inch to 26-inch junior bikes. This innovative design, which has received a small patent in Germany (Nr. 20 2019 100 323), utilises a downtube battery case that accommodates 20 cells for 18650 cells.

Seat Post Battery Case

Together with our partners, we’ve enhanced the seat post battery’s design to comply with our Huttlin Innosafety® battery requirements. It seamlessly integrates into an e-bike’s frame and accommodates 20 to 40 cells for 18650 cells. This battery design is being utilised in our Huttlin Cruiser model.
